Insurance Policy
Insurance coverage for endodontic treatment operates differently from medical insurance. We recommend consulting the benefit booklet from your insurance provider so you have a clear understanding of what your plan covers for procedures such as root canal therapy and related care. The amount you pay out of pocket depends on the specific terms of your policy.
At the time of your appointment with Dr. Ramadan, our team will provide a coverage estimate based on the details supplied by your insurance carrier. Please note that this estimate does not guarantee the final benefit amount or payment. We submit all claims on your behalf as a service to our patients; however, any balance remaining after insurance payment is the responsibility of the patient. If your carrier pays more or less than estimated, the difference will be billed or credited to your account. Cancellations
We ask that you give our office at least 48 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule an appointment with Dr. Ramadan. Cancellations made with fewer than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
